There are plenty of Chinook Salmon to be had in Ucluelet. Great Bear and Sail Rock are packed with them at the moment. Needle fish hotchies and spoons are doing the trick.
The lingcod and rockfish have been consistent also.. You will need to weed out the small ones, but after a few hours there should be 3 or 4 nice keepers in the box.
The halibut was a bit slow for us this morning. We managed to land 2.. I will head out to long Beach tomorrow and try our luck there.
