Brent Maracle
Originally from the Lake Ontario area, Brent began freshwater fishing for Salmon, Walleye and Bass. He was totally hooked, and took a leave of absence from his telecommunications job in 2001 to fish Vancouver Island for the summer. By 2003 Brent was leading fishing charters out of Campbell River. With his first summer guiding under his belt, he made the move to scenic Haida Gwaii. While honing his Halibut and Salmon fishing skills, he has worked up and down the B.C. coast for the past 20 seasons. Arriving in Ucluelet in 2014, he was astounded by the great on and offshore fishing the area has to offer.
Brent’s passion for sustainable fishing is contagious. He brings expertise and local knowledge to provide guests with a well-rounded nautical experience.
