The fishing has been steady this last week.
The Chinook Salmon have slowed but are still around the red can and Great Bear reef.

The bottom fishing has been very good .
The lingcod have been on the chomp.
They are bitting in 65ft to 140ft of water. The PLine 11oz jigs have been outstanding for them. The only thing not outstanding about the PLine jigs is the price. At $21 apiece I’ll be on you about keeping them off the bottom! Lol
The halibut are hanging around their early season haunts. The average size is around 80cm with a few oversized monsters that need to be released.

The Gletz group is arriving today for their annual spring trip. My fingers are crossed we can replicate the fantastic fishing we had last season.
